Public hearings start with four routine alcohol license items — a new wine and cider license for Quintessence Salon and Spa, new wine/cider and malt beverage licenses for the incoming Four Tracks Draft House, and two ownership transfers at Maverik locations moving the licenses from Maverik Inc. to a newer entity, Maverik Group LLC.
